Stop taking shit so fucking seriously….seriously!

Put a couple of hormonal, hungry women in a small room and eventually they’re going to go for each other’s throats. And if you are insane enough you put hundreds of hormonal, hungry women in group on Facebook and shit starts to get real.

I started a healthy eating program with an online coach and decided to create a group for myself and other women who are on the same program, for moral support, because well… birds of a feather flock together. … all 836 of us.

It’s been going well and I’ve made some awesome new friends and will no doubt have them for life. Each one brings their own story of success and failures to the group and the prevailing theme is that of encouragement.

For the majority of the time everyone is super upbeat and motivational and inspiring, which is great because that’s what we need. There are some super characters in this group and so the entertainment value is also on par!

But let me tell you about going from being a group to being a gang!

There is a different group that is also exclusive to women but on a much larger scale, somewhere over 6k members from all over the country and even the world. Some of the members in my group also belong to this larger group and that’s totally awesome because there can be some good information coming through.

Now this is the fun part. Some chick decided to post pictures of conversations between herself and our couch having a little spat. Before you knew the post got attention and every bitch lurking in the recesses of the group started leaving comments. And what did my group do? They went over and defence mode was locked and loaded. I have never been so thoroughly entertained by women in all my life!

All I can think is pipe and calm the fuck down! What the hell did you expect was going to happen when you open yourself like that to 7k hungry hormonal women? In the end the posts were removed and shit fizzled out.

I’m very proud of my little gang and totally impressed with the level of bitch they can bring to the “fight” because we all need to stand up for something or someone.

Like me, I fight for my right to post comments that contain words like fuck or whatever tickles my fancy when posting and I have made it clear that I do not care if I upset your delicate constitution. So when someone leaves a comment about it I just laugh it off because it doesn’t even help to get into a debate about language on the internet.

If you want to be part of any community online then you need to learn how to scroll. You cannot control what people say or how they will react, so if you don’t like what you are seeing or reading then look the other fucking way or go join the knitting forum where I am sure the only argument will be whether or not the stich should be over or under.
